Genworth Canada Persona Illustrations

These personas were created in the form of illustrations to describe the roles of different employees at Genworth Canada. The personas were illustrated with different objects and environments to show what their day-to-day tasks look like. The illustrations were applied to the walls of the company to display awareness and educate other departments of the different roles throughout the company. They were also part of a video that was presented by the company's senior executives explaining each role and the importance of customer service.

Genworth Canada is a mortgage insurance company that operates behind the scenes of a housing transaction. Much of these operations are impossible without the wonderful employees of Genworth Canada. As a way to appreciate and understand what they do, the company decided to start a campaign that would highlight a few of the job roles. Six personas in the form of illustrations were created to showcase these roles. Each item in the illustration represents a duty that is part of their roles.
